SJP NYC by Sarah Jessica Parker or Secret Wish by Anna Sui?

Although I like the sweet smell of SJP NYC, everyone whom I've asked prefers Secret Wish. Hmmm.

I am actually more interested in the new Fairy Dance Secret Wish by Anna Sui but haven't smell it in Singapore yet. But I think I would eventually go for Anna Sui because afterall it's Anna Sui, while SJP is just Sarah Jessica Parker. It's like Prada VS Topshop.

Have you guys tried sake before? I used to think it should be the same as soju. But I hadn't tried soju before. And my friends who has had soju have mixed reviews about it. Anyway, sake is pretty nice. Much nicer than makgeolli. Speaking of makgeolli, I miss the food at Sarang! Because that's where I had makgeolli. Well, it was because of Cinderella Sister that we had wanted to try the makgeolli. Hee.

Good night! Fighting for the new week! >

We had Justin Mission as our emcee for DND, and pole dancers, and Kumar and friends for a short entertainment segment. These highlights more than made up for what seemed like a poorly coordinated venue. But then again, it is exactly because that we had DND at a club that made the atmosphere so good. Our theme this year was 'Shanghai Mafia', despite prior complaints of "awww we don't know what to wear", about 90% of our staff still came dressed to the nines, fit for theme. Nice.





And.... this is my outfit. Borrowed the gun from colleague. I like how my dark hair makes the look very oriental. Hehehe. It was a good night. XD

It was a crazy crazy past week. I still shudder as I think about it. I can't believe I survived. It's month end + nearing financial year closing = high stress. Boss likes doing last minute things, and it's like a test. When Boss wants something, she wants it immediately. Like right now. If you're not ready.... you just have got to be ready. During a complaint session, colleague asked how do I manage? How do I manage?



Despite the tense past week, energy was up on Friday onwards. :)


Had a great gathering with uni friends on mini weekend, for friend's birthday celebration. It's been awhile since we've done this. Dinner at Tampopo with my favourite tasty eggs. And then we moved on for a second round at TCC. I could get used to this. :D Catching-up was cool (<--- can't stand myself, I'm running out of descriptive words other than 'nice', 'cool', 'great', 'awesome', what else?) because we see how we are each moving along in life. From the once carefree students to what we are now. Well, okay perhaps 'carefree' is not the right word to use for students, because we had our woes back then, they just seemed less worrisome (comparing it at this point in time) than the challenges we are facing and will face down the road.







Caught up with sleep on Saturday. -insert blissful smiley face- Followed by movie session, and then a short meet-up playing Wii at friend's house. Busy schedule. Totally humiliated at Wii, the horror of reliving the humiliation of suffering from lousy xbox skills all those years back, when I went to a fellow dancer's house for games before we go down for a dance performance, (which would link me beautifully to another topic, which I will leave for another entry). >< And back to my lack of Wii skills, I only managed to clear the game when my friend threatened me with "No water for you until you clear this one." And then I cleared it immediately. So mean.

Did you have fun during your Chinese new year celebrations?

I need a new compact powder as my current one is running out. Problem is I can't seem to find it in SG. Hmm.

It seems like the Precious Mineral BB Compact in #1 Sheer Silky Skin SPF30/PA++ I'm currently using..... has an upgrade version in KR. It's the Precious Mineral All Day Strong BB Compact in #1 Sheer Silky Skin SPF22/PA+++. I like the #1 Sheer Silky Skin's because it's light and fair. But the upgrade version has a lower SPF value. Hence I'm considering of switching to the Precious Mineral All Day Strong BB Compact in #2 Sheer Glowing Skin with SPF30/PA+++. But it's gonna be slightly darker than #1 in terms of the colour, wonder if it'll look weird. Hmmm.

[Friend] ONLY?!
[Me] Yup! :)


[Friend] Hey what are you wearing tomorrow (shopping trip)?
[Me] Hmm haven't decided, I am running out of clothes to wear! I'll just wear my orange belt!

[Me] I don't know leh, orange belt ba!


[Friend] Hey are you going to doll-up for the concert? What are you wearing?
[Me] Yeah! I have to attract their attention, so I'm wearing only my orange belt!
